Join us in one of DC's few remaining bookstores, and one that is entirely volunteer run!  Search the wonderful nooks and crannies for unusual and interesting books.  Talk with people who remember when you had to go to the library to look something up!


Light dinner buffet of sandwiches and salads.  Complimentary soft drinks.  Cash bar for beer and wine.  


Online registration is now closed but we will be taking walk-ins for $30.

The Lantern is on P Street just west of Wisconsin Ave.  Nearest Metro is Foggy Bottom (20 minute walk).  The 30 busses, G2 and circulator stop at Wisconsin and P (half a block away).  Street parking is tight but parking garages are at Wisconsin and M.


Boomers to Busters is sponsored by the University of Chicago Club of DC. it is targeted for undergraduate and graduate alumni of all schools who were undergraduates from the 1970s to 1990s, and their spouses, partners, and guests.
